Starting Point is a conversational environment where people can explore faith and experience community. The qualifications for being a Starting Point leader are:
* To be in a growing relationship with Jesus Christ
* Be a member of Stellenberg Community Church
* Be a member of a community group
* Submit an application, which needs to be approved by the GroupLife Director, to become an approved leader or apprentice.
The objective of this application process is to help you and the Starting Point team to identify your strengths and interests and determine if Starting Point is the best place for you to serve.
Everyone must complete the application process and be approved before leading a group. Completing this application may take about an hour. You should:
* Fill in each box with the appropriate response.
* Be as open and honest as possible.
If a married couple is applying, both should go through the application. Thus, each person should fill out and submit a separate application.
